The Bethany Home for Children is not an institution such as a hostel, boarding home or an orphanage. Here, the children have a "home" where my wife and I are mother and father to the children. In order to retain the family atmosphere we do not take in more than 15 to 25 children. Otherwise the home will lose its family atmosphere. All of us live, pray and dine together. In our home we are able to pay personal attention to every child and give him or her the warmth of our love and acceptance. The children find our home a haven where electricity, running water, good food, accommodations, and above all, good education is available to all of them. Our children in the Bethany Home are truly happy and content.

Our secure accommodation project and aftercare ensures survivors are supported and able to access counselling, education, holistic therapy as well as financial, legal, medical, language and repatriation assistance. unseen(uk) also works hard to gather accurate information, raise awareness and work with other NGOs and statutory organisations as part of a multi-agency approach to tackling human trafficking.

The help a Child smile appeal raises funds to send entertainers and famous children's characters into hospitals and hospices.
The hospital visits are to meet sick and very poorly Children - a smile can be a huge benefit to the healing of children and gives 'time out' from the usual routine of treatments. The entertainers bring along with them toys, magic, balloons and games not often found in a children's hospital ward and with the use of fun and laughter can bring a huge benifit to those children in hospital.

We are Dudley Hospital Radio based at Russells Hall hospital, Dudley, West Midlands.
We fund a radio station to help the hospital patients have a more enjoyable stay. We visit the wards and gather requests and dedications then play the songs from the radio station they have requested. We run competitions and receive no funding. We have to rely on our fund raising efforts to keep the station running. As we are a relatively small charity we often get overlooked.
