The Muslim Burial Council of Leicestershire (MBCOL) MBCOL deals with the practices and procedures in respect of Muslim burials. The organisation deals with statutory bodies in relation to issues over Muslim burials, MBCOL have a signed legal agreement allowing out of hour's burial. MBCOL works with the Home Office on consultations and is also looking into research on MRI and CT scans as alternatives to invasive autopsies. Cruse Bereavement Care exists to promote the well-being of bereaved people and to enable anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss. The organisation provides counselling and support. It offers information, advice, education and training services.
